Must Love Getting Messy with Dog & Pony Showprints

Get your hands, arms, face and feet dirty in this introductory screen printing workshop presented by AIGA Jacksonville, Dog & Pony Showprints and the Art Institute of Jacksonville. Following the techniques and style of Andy Warhol, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of screen printing several of your very own self-portraits on paper. In the workshop, we will cover image creation, film preparation, screen exposure, washout, stencil masking and printing.

All materials will be provided and you can take everything home with you. This includes your screen, squeegee and all of your prints.

All ages and levels of artistic background are welcome. Must love collaboration. Must love imperfections. Must love getting messy. Must love lamp.
